Deposit Information
50% of cottage rate due January 30th of rental year. Balance is due 1 day prior to departure. Reservations cannot be guaranteed if deposit is not received in a timely manner. Deposit is required for each week of a reservation.
To hold a unit for the following season, there is a $200 non-refundable reservation fee. This fee is separate from the deposit. This fee will be deducted from the balance due at the end of your stay or transferred to the following years reservation. This fee is not applicable to any reservations made after January 1st for the current year.
Rental Period
Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday
Check-in time is after 2 PM
Check out-time is 9:00 AM
Shorter periods are available in the off season
We do accept partial week stays during prime season 2 weeks out in an available cottage.
